Erik Dees was born in Ojai, CA and raised in Northwest Colorado. He has retired from a twenty year career in retail with eighteen of those years working for Wal-Mart in broadcast communications, curriculum design and facilitation. Erik has served in youth ministry sponsorship roles for over 13 years as a volunteer until receiving his calling to full time ministry. He is married to Kristy Dees and has one daughter Lindsey, who is fifteen. Erik’s ministry philosophy can be summed up as fulfilling “The Great Commission” of Jesus in Matthew 28: 18-20 as well as fulfilling the appointed course of calling with joy as Paul refers to in Acts 20:24.
